Pacia Academic Resource Continuum (PARC) is a highly customized college coaching model that helps students navigate efficiency, executive functioning, and maximize the in-class and out-of-class college experience. Academic, strengths-finding, and career assessments are part of the extra services of the PARC resources.
Tatori – A change theory model based on a framework called Consciousness Engineering. Once you understand how to execute this model, and are able to produce 55 to 75 hours a week of productive effort, expect rapid growth in all areas of your life. This two-part course begins with an educational component and textbook from Vishen Lakhiani. It then morphs into the opportunity to be coached by highly successful people, guiding you to refining the skills of consciousness engineering in your own life. The second half of this course has a pre-requisite interview to determine if the student is ready for the advanced level of coaching.
This 4-6 month experiential course is designed to create fluid mastery experiences through four different domains: Performance Accomplishments, Vicarious Experiences, Verbal Persuasion and Emotion Regulation. Self-efficacy is very different than self-esteem, which primarily comes from social comparisons.
Self-efficacy is one’s belief in one’s ability to overcome specific life challenges. If a person doesn’t believe they can overcome the challenge, they may become paralyzed, live in fear of success, blame others and create diversion attempts to take attention away from their lack of performance.
This course on Grit is a two part course. The first course consists of a personalized assessment and education on the power of grit. The second course is an experiential course designed to increase grit, passion, and perseverance in our personal lives.
